Consent to receive SMS messages is collected verbally during a conversation with the customer and we do not send messages without a confirmed opt-in.

Note: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Vital Transportation Corporation, you may receive messages related to:

“Thank you for choosing Vital Transportation. If you have questions or feedback, reply HELP. To stop messages, reply STOP.”

5) Service Update
“Service update: Your scheduled delivery is confirmed for Monday, July 1. STOP to cancel messages. HELP for support

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on the type of service or communication.

Example:

Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status.”

5. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges depend on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan and may vary for domestic or international messages.

6. Opt-In Method

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Vital Transportation Corporation in the following way:

  • Verbally, during a conversation

This is the only method currently used for SMS opt-in. No SMS messages are sent without this verbal consent.
